The apps is legit and very usefull/helpful to earn extra money, for me the most problem here is the overheating issue, this is the only apps on my mobile phone that makes my cellphone overheat, my friends are experiencing this too. . Also, some of my friends are having problem with the authentication, the system said they have an existing account, although this is their first time installing the app. I hope they fix this issue as soon as possible. Just got my account permanently banned just because one of your top up agents insisted that i had to pay for the double sent coins which was their mistake if it was the case but it was not doubled and it was stated in the system(transactions). I screened shot it but he just made fun of me and mocking me and foul words that he was gonna make my account banned. And after a minute it was banned permanently just because your agent one sidedly said i was having a fake receipt which is not. UNFAIR!

While using this app I experienced this everytime it always pop up on my screen the " connecting chat room messages" and checking my internet signal it was okay but why does the app keeps in lagging like this?? I can't even join a party for crown set 'coz of this. I already try to unistall and install but the issue still persist. It was all started after the new update. Can you find the problem and fix it or atleast give some solution.
